Recently, Envoy Director, Talent Acquisition, Jay Shah received an iCIMS Talent Innovator Award for the work him and his team are doing to ensure that stations across the system are staffed and ready to support thousands of customers and hundreds of flights every day.

Our internal and external job application tool, iCIMS, has been a critical part of our operation since February 2020. Since then, Jay and team have listened to feedback from hiring managers across the operation to improve the hiring experience for managers and for candidates alike.
Recognizing continuous improvement and innovation in talent acquisition, the iCIMS Talent Innovator Awards celebrates leaders who consistently go above and beyond to pioneer new ideas and drive innovative solutions. In 2022, Jay is one of 24 talent acquisition leaders to receive this award, in a list that includes leaders from multiple Fortune 500 companies.
