Earlier this month, the Envoy Air Operations team showcased their strength and teamwork at American Airlines’ Charity Jet Pull event held at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The competition involved teams pulling an almost 132-thousand-pound Boeing 737, with Envoy’s team of 20 members successfully pulling the aircraft 15 feet in a time of just 10.1 seconds.

The team needed to raise at least one-thousand dollars to participate in the event. The funds benefited the American Airlines Family Fund that supports American Airlines Group (AAG) employees who need immediate financial assistance following an unforeseen disaster or personal hardship.

Participating in the Charity Jet Pull served a dual purpose – it was an opportunity for the team to engage in a challenge, while also making a meaningful impact by contributing to a fund that directly aids their fellow employees. Congratulations, Team Envoy!
