Texas may be known as the biggest state in the contiguous U.S., but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible to see it all. So many interesting cities are just a quick flight away from Envoy’s Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) hub – including “Hub City” itself, Lubbock, Texas (LBB).

Recently, the Envoy team at LBB celebrated their second-ever win of the American Airlines Customer Cup for the third quarter of 2024 (3Q24) with catered Mexican food, sandwiches and, of course, a Cup-worthy cake.

“I’m elated to be back here again to celebrate this win with you,” said Timarty Stitt, Envoy Managing Director, West Region. “There are a lot of criteria that go into American’s Customer Cup program, and meeting all of those makes for a very hard win. I can’t stress that enough, and you all beat every single other station in your category to win this award. Massive congratulations to you all.”

In-between aircraft turns, the Envoy team at LBB took the opportunity to enjoy lunch together and chat with members of Envoy’s leadership team, who stopped by to congratulate the LBB agents on a successful quarter.

“To just say ‘thank you’ is not enough. This wasn’t my effort, this was all yours as well as the efforts of the other groups we work with here at the airport,” said Joanna Bradshaw, Envoy LBB General Manager during the celebration. “Make sure you take time to congratulate each other for this win, but also to thank our partners, like the aircraft fuelers and airport security, who helped us succeed this quarter as well.”
