In celebration of Women’s History Month and the amazing women who work at Envoy, we wanted to share a few quick interviews that highlight their hard work and dedication to inspire others. Let’s meet Toni Watts who is a Training Schedules Planner based at Envoy Headquarters in Irving, TX.

What is the significance of Women’s History month to you?

“Women’s History month is very inspiring for me. I take time out to see how much women has achieved past to present.

I celebrate by spending time with my daughter, sisters, and friends we chat about having an healthy mind, body and life. How to achieve those things in an positive way.”

What do you love about your job?

“What I love about my job is the people who I meet that turn into lifelong friends. I have gotten to experience and see so many different things.”

If you were not in the aviation industry, what job would you do?

“If I were not in aviation, I would be in real estate as a residential property appraiser. I have been interested in appraising since the early 2000’s.”

What makes you proud?

“My kids, my family and I. The love we have for one another in my family is huge and we move as a unit. When we are all together, to see how they interact with and enjoy each other is amazing to me.”

Tell us one or two things on your bucket list.

“I don’t have a bucket list. If there is anything in life I want to do, I try it!”
