60-Second Interview: Danielle Mitchell

In celebration of Women’s History Month and the amazing women who work at Envoy, we wanted to share a few quick interviews that highlight their hard work and dedication to inspire others. Let’s meet Danielle Mitchell who is an Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief based in Little Rock, Ark. (LIT).

What is the significance of Women’s History Month to you?

“The significance of Women’s History Month comes from one word, grace. We all come from a woman. Women are nurturing, adaptive, resilient, strong, and sacrifice for our work, home and community.”

What do you love about your job?

“I love the diversity and that my team and I learn from each other. I also love that no one’s opinion or thoughts go unheard.”

If you were not in the aviation industry, what job would you do?

“I would be in healthcare, or I also enjoy missionary work. As someone who loves life, I think I would find joy in giving smiles and encouraging words to others. I feel like giving a simple smile can start any healing process.”

What makes you proud?

“Having a job that can provide for my family makes me proud.”

Tell us one or two things on your bucket list.

“I would like to take a train ride and to go to Paris.”
