The energy was high at the Rochester International Airport (ROC) Arrivals Hall in Rochester, New York as over 50 Envoy employees gathered to celebrate a momentous achievement—Rochester’s first-ever Customer Cup win since the program’s inception. The milestone event recognized the outstanding operational performance and customer satisfaction of the ROC team, whose hard work led to the cup win for the fourth quarter of 2024 (4Q24).
In attendance were key members of the Envoy Customer Services leadership team, including Senior Vice President, Customer Services, John Jaynes, along with Vice President, Airport Services Planning, Kevin Ward, and Regional Managing Director, Kathy Rice, who all addressed the team, offering words of appreciation and encouragement.
To commemorate the occasion, employees were treated to a catered dinner featuring Rochester’s signature dish, Chicken French, along with pasta and an array of delicious side dishes. Guests were also entered to win door prizes and gifts, adding an extra layer of fun and appreciation.
