We’re pleased to share that American Airlines has awarded Envoy an expanded scope of work at Pittsburgh International Airport, Penn. (PIT). Envoy currently provides Baggage Support Office (BSO) services at PIT, and this new agreement adds regional Ramp services and Cabin Appearance services for all American Airlines operations to our responsibilities there.
