JAC Team Celebrates a Stellar Customer Cup Win

The Envoy team at the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) has plenty to celebrate after earning a Customer Cup win for the fourth quarter of 2024 (4Q24), delivering an impressive performance across key operational and customer service metrics. The recognition comes during a season marked by one of the busiest schedules on record—and just the second quarter for the station’s new General Manager, Sanjay Tripathi, making him one of the fastest GMs to secure a win in recent history.

Despite operating a 4Q schedule that was approximately 46% larger year-over-year – the second-highest 4Q schedule ever recorded outside of the pandemic – the JAC team rose to the occasion. Passenger volume soared 38% compared to the previous year, reaching nearly 18,000 travelers and setting a new record for passenger count and seat occupancy.

“Our success really comes down to teamwork,” said Sanjay Tripathi. “We’ve built a family-like environment here, and that’s what drives our performance. Everyone shows up for each other, and that shows up in our results.”
