You have to give respect before you can earn it.

Leading and providing mentoring/guidance to the future leaders of our company.

What does diversity mean to you?

Admiring people for their accomplishments despite all their struggles in order to provide a better life for their families, regardless of race, color of skin, culture and their country of origin; never forgetting your own story.

What might people not know about you?

My father is from Ecuador, South America and my mother is from Puerto Rico, where I moved to from NYC when I was a teenager.
