The Envoy and American Airlines teams in Dayton, Ohio has once again proven their excellence, winning the American Airlines Customer Cup for the second quarter of 2024 (2Q24). The team previously won the Cup for outstanding operational performance and customer satisfaction in 3Q10, 2Q16, 1Q22 and now, 2Q24.

What is their key to success? “Endurance and teamwork,”, according to Carl. “DAY is a Maintenance and Crew base for two of American’s other regional carriers. As anyone who has an airport with a maintenance base knows, this adds complexity to the operation. While we get curve balls, the teams are always focused on meeting targets and helping our customers.”
