60-Second Interview: Tiana Lofberg

In celebration of Women’s History Month and the amazing women who work at Envoy, we wanted to share a few quick interviews that highlight their hard work and dedication to inspire others. Let’s meet Tiana Lofberg who is the Director of Payroll Automation based at Envoy Headquarters in Irving, TX.

What is the significance of Women’s History Month to you?

“Women’s History Month serves as a dedicated time to recognize invaluable contributions of women throughout history. It allows us to reflect on progress made in gender equality and acknowledges the challenges that women continue to face.

It also reminds us of the pivotal roles women have played in shaping society, culture, science, aviation and many other industries. For me, it reminds me of the importance of an inclusive environment, not just this month but year-round.”

What do you love about your job?

“I have a deep appreciation for this company, which I think plays a huge part into why I enjoy what I do. I am entrusted by leadership with the responsibility to deliver excellence while driving both team development and company growth.

The dynamic nature of working in the airline industry provides continuous opportunities for learning and adaptation. My role allows me to take on a variety of responsibilities, including project management, leadership, mentorship, auditing, research and problem-solving – all within a single day!”

If you were not in the aviation industry, what job would you do?

“I couldn’t imagine myself not in the aviation industry, honestly. I suppose if I weren’t working at Envoy, I would still be in the U.S. Navy, also working in aviation. I enjoy and love this industry.’

What makes you proud?

“Professionally, my teams make me proud. I get to witness these groups of talented individuals grow, learn, and adapt to new processes and regulations.

They are consistently focused on improving the employee experience, which remains our ultimate goal across all of my teams. It is incredibly rewarding to see them successfully execute this mission every single day.”

Tell us one or two things on your bucket list.

“To travel to Germany and to learn sign language!”
