Respect is always given, before it can be received.

What keeps you motivated in a fast-pasted industry like aviation?

My motivation is to make sure I am demonstrating the correct standards that will motivate other to follow.

What’s the most rewarding part of your current position?

The most rewarding part is knowing that I’m part of a team that works hard to achieve our company goals.  It’s great to see how the agents react when we reach or exceed our goals.

What might people not know about you?

I am a licensed minister and a musician.
