Congratulations to Envoy’s team in Los Angeles (LAX) , who shared in American’s Customer Cup celebration last week for their 1Q15 performance!
The Customer Cup is awarded by American Airlines to recognize cities that achieve outstanding performance each quarter in four operational metrics, including on-time departures (D-0); punctual turn times (T-0); on-time critical morning “kick off” departures (RS-0); and exemplary bag handling (MBR).
