Customer Services & Ramp

The Airport Experience

Keep us running smoothly, efficiently, and on time

Our airport employees are a vital part of the ground operation for Envoy and work in a variety of diverse capacities within the company. The type of work that Agents and Fleet Service Clerks perform and their job titles vary by airport location.

In our hub locations in Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago, Agents work “above the wing” providing outstanding customer service to every passenger. Fleet service Clerks work “below the wing,” ensuring planes are loaded properly and handled with care. In other locations, Station Agents perform work both above and below the wing.

If you are an individual that is outgoing, committed, and a team player, we want you in our operation.
