System Operations Control (SOC)

Crew Schedulers are an integral part of the System Operations Control Center (SOC) and serve as a critical component to the airline’s operation. The Crew Scheduler provides customer service to our Pilots and Flight Attendants and are responsible for ensuring each scheduled flight is legally covered with the appropriate crew compliment.

Aircraft Dispatchers, collaborate with our Pilots to ensure safe and reliable flight operations. They directly impact on-time departures and flight completion, making sure customers are delivered to their destination safely and on time.
